Welcome to KEDAI MERZZ. By registering and using the KEDAI MERZZ Service, you are deemed to have agreed to all the terms and conditions in effect.

These Terms of Use govern the use of all services available in the KEDAI MERZZ System and apply to all users and parties involved in interacting with KEDAI MERZZ. By registering an account or using services in the KEDAI MERZZ System, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the contents of these Terms of Use. These Terms of Use may change from time to time according to the developments of KEDAI MERZZ and prevailing regulations. You are advised to periodically visit the KEDAI MERZZ System to obtain the latest information regarding such changes.

Definitions:

  • Account: Refers to the User's information, including username, password, telephone number, and email. All of this information must be provided by Registered Users.
  • Services: Encompass the KEDAI MERZZ System, its content, features, provided services, and functions accessible through or on behalf of KEDAI MERZZ, including services from partner collaborations.
  • User: Refers to individuals or entities accessing the KEDAI MERZZ System.
  • Buyer: Refers to both Registered and non-Registered Users who purchase digital goods or perform top-ups through the KEDAI MERZZ System.
  • System: Includes the official website KEDAI MERZZ as well as other systems accessible through computer devices or mobile devices of Users.

User Responsibilities:

  • Users are required to access the KEDAI MERZZ Service in good faith and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Personal information provided by Users must be true, clear, honest, accurate, complete, and updated as needed.
  • Accuracy of Game Data: Users are strictly responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the target account details (e.g., Player ID, Zone ID) entered during a transaction.
  • The confidentiality of User account information must be maintained, and this information should not be shared with third parties.
  • Users are prohibited from using automated methods or other tools to access the KEDAI MERZZ Service.
  • The Service must not be used for illegal purposes or to harm the reputation of others.
  • Users are not allowed to use KEDAI MERZZ's logo, images, or design elements without official permission.
  • The privacy rights of other Users must be respected, and personal information must not be shared with third parties without permission.

Pricing and Dynamic Updates:

  • Prices for digital goods and top-up packages on KEDAI MERZZ are dynamic and subject to frequent automated updates (as often as every 2 to 5 minutes) based on market conditions.
  • There are no fixed prices. The final price displayed at the exact moment of checkout is the binding price for that specific transaction.

Manual Payment and Order Flow

Users must follow the standard transaction procedures established by KEDAI MERZZ:

  • Selection: The User selects the desired game and top-up package.
  • Information Entry: The User accurately enters the required target account details, such as Player ID and Server/Zone ID.
  • Order: The User creates an order on the KEDAI MERZZ website and receives the manual payment instructions on the order status page.
  • Manual Payment: The User transfers the exact amount to the account specified in the order instructions. KEDAI MERZZ does not collect payment through an automatic payment gateway.
  • Payment Reference: The User submits the transfer reference on the order page. The order remains pending until the store owner verifies payment.
  • Confirmation & Delivery: After manual verification, the owner updates the order status and processes the top-up.
  • Note: KEDAI MERZZ is not responsible for losses arising from transactions conducted outside the KEDAI MERZZ system.

Refund Policy and Store Vouchers:

In the event of a failed order, or a situation that explicitly requires KEDAI MERZZ to issue a refund, the following terms apply:

  • Voucher-Only Refunds: Refunds are issued as a KEDAI MERZZ Store Voucher unless otherwise agreed by customer support.
  • Refund Value: The voucher value will be based on the amount paid and confirmed by the store owner.
  • Voucher Usage: Store Vouchers do not expire and may be split across multiple purchases until fully used.
  • Wrong User ID Policy: If the User enters an incorrect Player ID/Zone ID and the top-up is successfully delivered to that account, the transaction is non-refundable.
  • Failed Deliveries due to Wrong ID: If delivery fails because of an incorrect ID, customer support will assist the User in correcting the details and resending the order.

User Data Processing:

  • By using the KEDAI MERZZ Service, Users grant permission to KEDAI MERZZ to collect, process, use, and disclose the provided information for transaction fulfillment.
  • The privacy of User information will be maintained according to applicable standards, unless required by law to be disclosed.
  • KEDAI MERZZ is not responsible for information leaks caused by unforeseen technical issues beyond our control.

Service Termination:

  • KEDAI MERZZ has the right to terminate or restrict Services to Users in case of violations of these Terms of Use.
  • Users also have the right to discontinue their usage at any time by contacting KEDAI MERZZ Customer Service.
